And the best way to create an irresistible attractor is the art of telling a story that resonates with your audience and then spreads. Irresistible attractor brands convey your absurd point of view about how the future will be different from the present. Irresistible attractor brands ignite human creativity, liberate human purpose, and push the human race forward. Irresistible attractor brands have the power to put a dent in the universe. This course will examine the critical elements of designing an irresistible marketing strategy and how those elements influence organizational leadership strategies, organizational differentiation and innovative practices. At the same time, students will be engaging with their own potential for creative leadership, and how to grow and improve as a leader. The course provides the skills needed to design a marketing strategy and its implementation plan.

Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course students should be able to:

  1. Assess market opportunities by analyzing customers, competitors, collaborators, context, and the strengths and weaknesses of a company.
  2. Develop effective marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  3. Design a strategy implementation program to maximize its chance of success.
  4. Communicate and defend your recommendations and critically examine and build upon the recommendations of your classmates both quantitatively and qualitatively.
